I received a flier about three free financial literacy classes offered by the United Way of West Alabama. The classes will be taught by a representative from Wachovia. Each class has a different focus, and you can attend one or more classes depending on what you'd like to know. Your options are:
Banking Basics- May 19 at 10am
Importance of Credit- June 23 at 10am
Importance of Savings- July 28 at 10am
Classes are limited to 25 people but may be offered again in the fall. If you'd like to sign up, call Amanda at United Way at 345-6640. If you'd like a copy of the flier, just let me know and I'll send one home with your child!
