Kindergarten Lesson on Careers
I will start a new lesson in kindergarten tomorrow. (I can hardly believe this will be my final lesson rotation of this school year- seems like Halloween was just yesterday!) Students will learn about the wide variety of careers in the world and begin thinking about how their future careers might match their interests and talents. Each child will make a paper bag puppet to represent a career, and I hope we'll have time to create some "puppet shows" to discuss different aspects of the puppets' professions. I will see Tindle, Siemers, Thomas, Dockery, and Christy Foster's classes this week. All other K classes will have their lessons next week. Of course, if you have any questions or comments about the material we cover in lessons, please let me know anytime!
