2nd Grade Parents: I just wanted to remind you that on Friday, May 13, Englewood Elementary will host all of our 2nd graders for a “Welcome to 3rd Grade” event. The children will spend time in a 3rd grade classroom, tour the school, and see a short student performance. We will be transporting all TPS 2nd graders to and from Englewood on school buses beginning at 8:30am that morning. If you could help us by avoiding appointments, absences, or late arrivals on Friday, May 13, we would greatly appreciate it! If you would prefer that your child not attend the activities at Englewood, please call me, email me, or send me a note so I can make arrangements for he or she to stay at school during the trip. We are looking forward to helping our second graders transition to Englewood! If you have any questions, please let me know.
