I wanted to brag about a few businesses in our community who have done a great deal to help students from our school and county this Christmas. Academy Sports, TJ Maxx, The Athlete's Foot, Bailey's TaeKwonDo, and First United Security Bank all went out of their way to help local children in special ways during this difficult year. It is wonderful to know that so many places are giving back to our community in meaningful ways.
Speaking of giving back to our community, I took our stocking stuffers from our school's drive to the Salvation Army, and they were overjoyed to see them! Thank you again to all who donated- those little gifts will spread BIG holiday cheer!
