We need several more speakers for our 2nd Grade Career Day coming up on Friday, October 21. So, if you are thinking about it, or if you know a friend, co-worker, or family member who may be willing to be part of the day, please don't be shy about volunteering! The second graders are really a pretty easygoing audience, and they will love to hear from you no matter what your job type or field. I will provide you with a list of suggested topics you might want to talk about, so you will not be all on your own in coming up with what to say. I'm also happy to help you figure out how to make your presentation kid-friendly if you feel uncertain about how that could work. If you'd like another copy of the flyer that was sent home or if you have any questions, please let me know.
