Dyslexia Community Group

The West Alabama Dyslexia Initiative (WALDI) is looking for more interested parents and educators to come together to learn about and discuss dyslexia. WALDI is a non-profit group started by parents and educators to offer support, share information, and educate the public about this learning disability. Dyslexia can affect word recognition, fluency, spelling, decoding, phonological language, and sometimes reading comprehension. If you are interested in hearing more about the group, please let me know and I will give you the phone numbers of two TPS parents who founded and are working closely with WALDI.
